Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
You arrive at Delhi early in the morning where our tour representatives will meet you and facilitate your transfer to the hotel. After a relaxed morning, you will set out on a sightseeing tour around the historic city of Delhi. The Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat (the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi), the Qutub Minar and Humayun's Tomb are some of the attractions you will visit. Besides, you will also be able to enjoy a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest markets in Delhi. You will also be taken on an extended trip to the Rashtrapati Bhawan (the president's mansion), the Parliament House, India Gate and the Lotus Temple.
In the evening, you will be able to visit some of the most famous shopping arcades and malls in Delhi to indulge in a wonderful shopping experience. You will return for an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Sariska
A morning drive will take you to the famous Sariska Tiger Reserve. On arrival at Sariska, relax at your hotel before setting out on an exciting jungle excursion. Spot a number of carnivores that would include leopards, wild dogs, jungle cats, hyenas, jackals and tigers. Your overnight stay would be at the hotel.
Day 03: Sariska - Jaipur
On day 3 of your India Wildlife Tour, set out for another exciting foray into the wilds of the Sariska Tiger Reserve. Later during the day, you will drive to Jaipur visiting the famous Amber Fort on the way. This magnificent Fort was built by Raja Man Singh with a number of additions made by his successors. At Jaipur, our Rajasthan Wildlife Tour representative would take you around some of the famous attractions in Jaipur like the Jantar Mahal, Hawa Mahal and the beautiful City Palace. You will stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 04: Jaipur - Ranthambore
You will drive to Sawai Madhopur to visit the famous Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. On arrival, you will check in at a lodge where you will be able to relax for some time before setting out on a jungle excursion. Enjoy spotting the Royal Bengal Tiger in all its jungle glory besides enjoying great views of the Aravalli ranges and the rivers that flow through the area. Stay overnight at Ranthambore.
Day 05: Ranthambore
Enjoy a morning and an evening excursion to the wilds of Ranthambore as part of your India Wildlife Tour. Your trips to the jungle would acquaint you with the rich flora and fauna the Ranthambore Park boasts of. It may be mentioned that the park is home to around 300 species of trees, 50 species of aquatic plants, 272 types of birds and 12 species of reptiles. You will return for an overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 06: Ranthambore
On day 6 of the India Wildlife Tour, you will enjoy two more forays into the Ranthambore Park and observe a number of exotic animals like the Sambhar, Chital, Nilgai, Indian Hare, Gazelle, Monitor Lizards and so on. Stay overnight at your lodge.
Day 07: Ranthambore - Bharatpur
Enjoy a last drive into the Ranthambore Park before setting out for Bharatpur that boasts of the Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary. With more than 300 species of birds, the park is an experience in itself. On arrival, check into a lodge and relax awhile. In the evening, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing walk around the park and also observe varied species of birds. Overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 08: Bharatpur
On day 8, Rajasthan Wildlife Tour will treat you to a boat ride wherein you will be able to observe the nesting colonies of the birds from close quarters. As the cacophony created by them reaches you, you will be amazed to realize how good it will sound to your ears. Return for an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 09: Bharatpur - Agra
Spend an exciting morning with a variety of birds for company. Cranes, Pelicans, Eagles, Hawks, Shanks, Wagtails, Warblers, White Ears, Flycatchers, Buntings and Larks are some of the varied species of birds you will be able to observe during your morning tour. Drive to Agra in the morning where on arrival, you will visit the famous Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. You will stay overnight at Agra.
Day 10: Agra - Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
Day 10 of the India Wildlife Tour will see you boarding a morning flight to Khajuraho, which is famous for its temples that were built on the themes of eroticism and passion.
On arrival, you will be taken on a tour of the Western Group of Temples that include the Kandariya Mahadeo and the Chuansat Yogini temples. Later, you will be driven to the Bandhavgarh National Park in Madhya Pradesh where on arrival you will check in at the Bandhavgarh Jungle Resort. Overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 11: Bandhavgarh
Set out on a morning excursion of the park that would acquaint you with the varied flora and fauna of the park. You will return for an overnight stay at the Bandhavgarh Jungle Resort.
Day 12: Bandhavgarh
As part of the India Wildlife Tour, you will be treated to a morning and an evening excursion to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Enjoy a day full of animal sightings and majestic views of the Vindhyachal ranges. Your overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh - Kanha
Rajasthan Wildlife Tour will take you to the Kanha National Park on day 13 of the India Wildlife Tour. This wonderful sanctuary that is surrounded by Sal trees is truly a great place to explore and know about. You will check in at the Kanha Jungle Resort on arrival where you will put up for the night.
Day 14: Kanha
Enjoy morning and evening excursions to the jungle along with nature walks and elephant rides that would add up to a truly exciting day. It may be informed that the Kanha National Park is situated in the Mandala district of Madhya Pradesh. You will stay overnight at the resort.
Day 15: Kanha
Enjoy jungle excursions and elephant rides besides observing large herds of the rare Barasingha (Twelve Horned deer) and Swamp deer at different places in the park. You will stay overnight at the resort.
Day 16: Kanha - Nagpur
Explore the dense Sal and Bamboo forests in the Kanha National Park before driving to Nagpur in the afternoon. Known as the city of oranges the city lies on the border of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. On arrival our Rajasthan Wildlife Tour representative will help you check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 17: Nagpur - Bhubaneshwar
Take a morning flight to Bhubaneshwar, the capital of Orissa, India. Visit the famous Konark Temple for a short while before driving to the main city. You will stay overnight at Bhubaneshwar.
Day 18: Bhubaneshwar - Kolkata
A morning flight will take you to Kolkata or Calcutta, the capital of West Bengal. On arrival you will check in at a hotel and set out on a sightseeing tour around the city wherein you will visit the Victoria Memorial, Kali Temple, Howrah Bridge and so on. You will return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 19: Kolkata - Guwahati - Kaziranga
You will fly to Guwahati in Assam on day 19 of your India Wildlife Tour. On arrival, you will drive straightaway to the Kaziranga National Park that is famous as the only natural habitat of the Great Indian one horned rhino. On arrival at Kaziranga, you will check in at a forest lodge where you will put up for the night.
Day 20: Kaziranga
Enjoy jeep/elephant safaris both in the morning and evening. Besides, you will be able to indulge in some refreshing nature walks as you explore the place. Overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 21: Kaziranga
As part of your India Wildlife Tour, you will be able to enjoy jungle safaris, nature walks and elephant rides. However, the highlight of the day would be your rendezvous with the famed one horned rhino. You will stay overnight at your lodge in Kaziranga.
Day 22: Kaziranga - Guwahati - Delhi
You will drive to Guwahati in the morning to board a flight to Delhi. On arrival, check in at a hotel and spend the day indulging in the activity of your choice. In fact, it would be a perfect opportunity to do some last minute shopping. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 23: Delhi -Departure
Spend a leisurely day before transferring to the International Airport to board your return flight thus marking the end of the India Wildlife Tour.
